Tenant referencing

We believe it’s quality rather than speed that counts when it comes to tenant references. So while we provide tenant referencing and credit check reports as quickly as possible, we will not compromise on quality. Waiting an extra day for a reference is a small price to pay for securing quality tenants. All applications are thoroughly checked by trained and experienced staff.

We are authorised by two of the UK’s top credit referencing agencies, Equifax and Experian, to carry out credit searches, address confirmation, electoral roll checks and bank account validation on their databases for every application. Income and employment details going back up to three years are verified – in writing, as are landlord references. We also verify work permits and visas of applicants from overseas, and check passports.
