Letting Bureau is a BACS- approved commercial bureau. It can save time and possibly reduce bank charges. Use our BACS direct payments to make all client accounting payments including landlord rents, contractor invoices and deposit refunds. The simple automated data download procedure also lessens the risk of human error.

Our BACSTEL-IP system produces a Submission and Arrival Report confirming all the individual transactions processed, individual account validation and fully detailed errors (eg incorrect or unmatched sort codes to held accounts), providing you and your auditors with a fast-track record of payments made.
