Alongside our Software and Accounting, LB2+ takes the hassle out of tenant deposits.

Letting Bureau will hold* or lodge with the DPS tenant deposits and deal with all the relevant administration.

Using this system and service, agents are assured of their firm’s compliance with NALS annual client account audit requirements without incurring independent accountancy fees.  With NALS Approved Service Provider status, Letting Bureau auditors are able to carry out your audit from our office without disrupting your business.
