Set Up

System Performance:

To get the best from our system we recommend you use the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 8, Google Chrome 6,  FireFox 3.6 running on Windows operating system

There isn’t any specific requirement for hardware although application performance may vary based on the configuration of your system.  The hardware specification we recommend is:

  • 1 gigahertz (GHz) 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
  • 1 gigabyte (GB) of system memory (512 megabytes (MB) for Home Basic)

Internet Access:

  • Running the application on a lower hardware specification will result in slower response time.
  • You may also experience visual changes to the ‘page’ layout.  This will not effect the system’s functionality or capability.

Training

On-Line Video:

  • You can access information on using all the main features of the software in the on-line training video.  No need to ‘fast forward’ to find what you’re looking for as the video is broken down into sections,  just click where you want to go – and you’re there!

Remote:

  • You can arrange remote training sessions with one of our Agent Support team.  Just like everything else its simple.  Decide what day and time best suits you and your staff and we’ll book it in.
  • If out of hours remote training is best for your business – we’re happy to oblige
  • Remote training sessions last for 2 hours and cost £80 per session.

On-Site:

  • If you prefer face to face training we’ll come to you for a day.
  • On-Site training is charged at a daily rate of £600.
